First timer got some questions.

I am considering my first grow i have everything set up i am not going into detail because i still sketchy about talking about it online but need some help. ok so first question is what happens if the seeds i order get confiscated by customs while being shipped. and is it safe to ship seeds to the house your growing at? i have been studying growing for quite sometime and know alot about i am now looking to get actual experience in the field. question 2. i am using cfls but i am thinking of while my plant is veging to ad two blue 65 watt bulbs and 2 100 watt cfls to intensify the blue spectrum to veg better and i am planning to do the same with the red bulbs while budding. is this a good idea or should i stick with just 4 100 watt cfls?

I have never had a problem with the seeds being shipped to my house. Sorry I am not an indoor grower to help with the lighting part of your question. As far as seeds go, do not use nirvana from my personal exprience, attitude, cannabisseeds, sanniseeds I have dealt with and had good luck. Hope this helped some.
