First time w/ Autos. Something seems off/w one of them

Hi everyone. I'm just doing my first run with autos and something seems off. I'm running a couple of sour diesel in 5 gallon fabric pots under the hlg 500. I tried to take a few photos that showed them side by side. These were started at the same time and have been sitting beside each other and recieving the exact same treatment. As you can see from the picture they appear to be in different stages of life. One is a couple weeks into flower while the other is still vegging. They were fed yesterday and as you can see the plant that is not showing signs of flowering also has slightly drooping leaves where the other is perked up and happy. Could someone who is familiar with autos give some ideas as to what the next step should be? Perhaps a few days of 12/12? Or just stay the course?

I seem to be able to only attach one picture so I hope it's alright

I would keep going; don’t think that 12/12 would make any difference. Autos are not light Time dependent, as they are Ruderalis.
Had exactly the same situation in my G-House last year; left all to Mother Nature and all was well.

Well this one is still not right. It's still growing but the leaves are not perking up to normal and hasn't progressed any further into flower. I will put it on a 12/12 schedule starting tomorrow unless there's something else that could be attempted before? I going to assume that by putting it on the 12/12 there will have to be a loss in yield so I would rather make sure I've tried everything else first. Thanks for the advice

Just keep them on the same cycle .... do not move it. It’s looks to be throwing pistils so it is just lagging. Give it time ....

Autos have some variations in grow even from the same stock. Autos run on their own schedule sometimes.
If you start screwing with them too much then they really will stall. 12/12 is the worst for autos.

Well it's been another week and still no further progress. I thinned the leaves out a while ago as suggested. I was wondering if maybe it was getting too much light so I moved it in to a more shaded area but still nothing. I'll give it a few more days but after that I will switch it over to the flowering tent see if it kicks off. It should and I'll just leave it there till it produces. Its sister is coming into the final phase now.

I had an OG kush like this my last round. It never changed no matter what I tried. It always looked sad. It was taller then the rest so it was on the ground (on a tray) and the other 3 up off the ground, changed that, also I think my water was too cold when I watered. Changed that. The ends of the leaves started to lift up after a bit. Just never looked happy like the rest. So strange.
