first time outdoor grow at 10000 elevation

Where can I get some 303 Ambulance? I'm in Denver. Next year I would like to grow some high CBD strains to give away (honestly, no "donations") to people who have cancer or severe ailments. They are either hard to find or very expensive for clones.

thanks....... ya some nice sunny weather would be nice for the rest of this summer. The rain was nice for a little but we had at least 5 days of solid rain. My girls and i are ready for some nice long sunny days.

So my bubble gum is around day 60 and finishing up outdoors so I'm starting to flush for the next week then its time to cut some of those colas and let some of those smaller popcorn buds finish up a little longer. She definitely looks good.DSCN0316.jpgDSCN0318.jpg DSCN0319.jpg DSCN0336.JPG DSCN0337.JPG DSCN0340.JPG DSCN0345.jpg

3d in 10 gallonDSCN0310.jpg ambulance in 10 gallonDSCN0312.jpgand my big girl the 15 gallon ambulance. DSCN0313.jpg USo i was working in the greenhouse working on the front door and i accidentally let a 4x4 come crushing down on my girls. I lost 2 good limbs but i was able to turn them into clones but it was still a sad day.

Quick update. I just got back from a week long trip to hawaii and all the girls are doing great and really started getting huge? Here are my two Third dimensions or 3d had to take them out of the greenhouse so i could work on them and clean up all the dead leaves and give them a spray of seem neem oil.

And now to my 15 galloon Ambulance which is now past the 5ft mark and definitely the biggest plant I've ever grown.DSCN0925.JPGDSCN0926.JPG DSCN0928.jpg DSCN0930.jpg DSCN0931.jpg DSCN0932.jpg DSCN0933.jpg and my smaller 10 galloon ambulance

Hold your horses there buck I have squeezed out early plants before my big snows in end of oct. The trick is to keep the snow off and the soil heat around the plants . I have gotten them thru -12 out door temp by putting a car port over them an a space heater .
My advice is to build a box with straw bales if you can get em .an tarp over the plastic to keep the frost off double layer really helps! But it is usually only a few days then back to hot at that altitude until mid nov when snows accumulate .
leadville co, elevation 10700 feet, has gotten hard frosts in july.

evergreen co, elevation 8600 feet, has seen two feet of snow in early june.

the growing season at 10000 feet is approximately 25 days. growing at 10000 feet without a heated greenhouse is a recipe for an eventual total crop failure.

if you're gonna pipe up, you might as well be helpful.
Yo

i built a little green house to put them in so when it does snow or when I'm gone on vacation i don't have to worry about covering them from the elements. We have already got close to 34 degrees in the evening here som I'm sure the snow will be coming soon

Build a well reinforced greenhouse for next season. The intense sunlight at 10k feet will give you EXTREME yields. Look up Solexx fabric. It is VERY strong and has a solid 10 year warranty.(I just replaced the roof fabric on both my greenhouses after eleven seasons.)

Frost nipped January bud took it a little too far...imo notice the pink open cell foam panel to keep heat inimage.jpg Yeah buddy it was down to 34 here at 8200 ft an less in the valley . The 12th-16th looks cold too . Forgot to mention thermal mass . Adding simple buckets of water around them works great . I got a 275 gal tote and 3 55 gal drums in my 20 x 40 green house. I run heaters time to time but that is mostly for daytime tomatoes n keeping them growing

finally pulled down my favorite biggest girl the ambulance... hoping to get a qp or mores off her. I had to cut all my girls down a little early due to my travel plans out of the country and not wanting to worry about all my summer long work but it's definitely my biggest yield so far

Trying to post a pic on my new iPhone but I'm having issues. I'll have to post on my computer later tonight
