First Time need help

Hi I am growing easy ryder and I'm wondering how my sprout is looking. Just seeing if it looks healthy to you guys. It has been 3 days since I have planted it.
I am using 50 light warrior 50 ocean forest for the soil. No nutrients are added and the water I am using is it 6.3 ph. Thanks for the advice guys.
