I'm buying lights for the first time and I'm thinking of going with florescence's. Can you recommend a specific light?

Yea I would definitely suggest a HPS(high pressure sodium)at least 400 watts

Can you show me one? Also, will I be able to veg and flower with that one light? I'm completely new to this.

If you get a digital 400W , you can use both a MH light for veg , And a HPS bulb for flowering. You will still need two different bulbs , but only one ballast.

if its HPS make sure to arrange your electricity bill in the long run, and also the strain you grow plays a role...

The electric bill is nothing to worry about. I run a 600W HPS for flower using a Nextgen Ballast and my electric bill only went up $20 a month. That includes the lights , fans , pumps , etc.
