First time hydro

i have grown for years and i am now makin the switch to hydro..
im using a home box grow tent and a 6 plant bubbler, im also using a
430w hps light. my light has been delayed at customes but is suposed to be here in a couple days, for now im using my light(flourescent) proped up, i use to vedge clones, and its working great for now. i will have better pics once my new light arrives and i can hang it like its suposed to be.

my babies are growin nicely, however the stocks have turned purple? I don't think its a big deal but i thoug ask neway

lost one cause our tube poped off and it shrivled up. but the others are boomin and our new light was deliverd to day 430w hps and is lookin so nice.

WooT W00t!!!!!!new light is here 430w sun agro hps light very nice.. how close should it be to plant tops should it be?? i have it at 16" right now.
also how can i boost the humidity in my box it sits just between 30-35% i know it should be a bit higher would a pot of water do it? my bro says it will get more humid as the grow bigger. is this true? or am i worrieing over nuthing.
right now im running my light 24h to pursuade sex when should i turn it down to 20light 4dark or 18light 6dark?
