First time hempy...please help don't let me fail!

Hey everyone, new member here and first time grower. I have lots of questions and hoping you guys can help.

First here's my setup:

Grow tent: 22x36x63
Lighting: 150w HPS, 3-23w cfl, 1-20w cfl (didn't have a 4th 23w)
Buckets: 4-3 gallon black buckets with 3/8 hole in each 2in from bottom
Medium: 3-1 mix of perlite and vermiculite
Nutes: GH 3 part
Temps have been steady around 80 and about 30% humidity

I have 4 plants that are about 2 weeks old. I transplanted from soil to hempy buckets 4 days ago and watered with nutes. I haven't seen any growth and now I am now noticing the first level leaves are turning yellow. Not sure what to do.

Hi Mario,

You made a good choice of grow method, I predict copious amounts of resinous buds in your future. The plant in your 2nd pic looks just fine. The baby (cotyledon) leaf are supposed to yellow and die, this is normal.

You mentioned 'GH 3 part', is that the 'GH Flora' 3 part? What dosage? What type of water are you using, tap, RO something else?
