First time growing!!! Tips please!!!!

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME GROWING AND GOT BLACK DOMINO SEEDS
IT IS A WEEK OLD TODAY!
I GOT 2 CFL TUBES NOT SURE HOW MUCH WATTS ON THEM.
IM USING MIRACLE GROW FOR SOIL
THE TEMPERATURE HAS BEEN AROUND 85 F AVERAGE
I NEED OPINIONS ON HOW IT LOOKS AND WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP!!!!

She's stretching for light. Big pot for little plant makes it hard to water properly. Even harder with MG because of the nutes getting released with water. You need air circulation to strengthen the stem. Maybe repot and bury some of it (read sticky). You need perlite in the soil. And what are your plans when she outgrows that box because it will happen quickly. Also, scrap the foil, get some mylar emergency blankets in the camping section at wally world.

Chuck is right, read up. First grow is a learning experience and no offense intended, you have a lot to learn. I yielded nothing on my first grow but learned a ton. But realize it isn't as simple to get yield as throwing some seeds in MG under a tiny fluorescent. I thought the same, and learned...

I agree, get rid of the aluminum foil, better off get some flat white poster boards at staples or any other stationary store, lower your light, your plant is stretching, put a small fan in there, you need constant air circulation.

Or go grab a 150w hps n get rid of the fluoros... but yes like they stated definitely need some type of air circulation.

Bro I just signed up to this site but I have done many grow's and I did it all with no help from anyone. You want to get bud then get rid of that little fluorescent tube, that won't produce anything at all. For a single plant indoors all you need is a 70 watt HPS( it will take the plant from seed to harvest with no problem and yield at least an ounce). You can get these bulbs for dirt cheap or just buy the flood light at any hardware store for around 60 to 80 bucks( or if you're desperate just go and steal one from a hotel ). Then you need to get rid of the tinfoil, it will work but Mylar is so much better and you can buy 10x10 sheets at any canadian tire. You need a bigger box(try a closet) and make sure you have a fan in the room as the plant will need fresh air and air movement to grow strong and healthy. Once your setup make sure the light is as close to the plant as possible without burning the tips( around 10 inch's). I have used Miracle grow often with great results, Just remember that the nutrients in the premixed MG soil will only last for about two months so go and pick up some 20 20 20 as well and hit the plant at least once before flowering then twice more when flowering stop about 2 weeks before harvest and flush and you will get great results. I didn't know this forum had issues with morals after all it is all about growing and cultivating an illegal substance. If your willing to break the law to grow a plant then what's stopping you from stealing a bulb. Ohh thats right it's medicinal and you would never consider breaking the law.

My state and My doctor say it is perfectly legal to grow, in fact the cops won't touch me even if they knew i was growing, But they would be right here if i Stole from someone. Beside THIEVES are one of the worst type of people.

My intentions were that in most places the growing and cultivation of MJ is illegal, so were's peoples morals when they openly break the law then criticizes another for other act's of crime? I myself have never stolen a thing in my life but I do grow MJ illegally so I don't criticize others for there criminal act's, Also I was making a joke when I suggested that he just go steal a bulb but I guess there are troll's at every forum.

Well thats great for you bro but most states and other parts of the world don't have such luxuries. I break the law every day growing green so I don't criticize others for there act's of crime that would be discrimination and hypocritical.
