First time growing but do female plants do this

I have 6 auto with 3 are in flower but I noticed today that these sacks are getting bigger. I was scared that they was males for a min

Those are the pre-flowers that are getting matured. As the female flowers mature the calyx starts to swell, just like the first picture. Eventually, all your flowers would look like that...if you dont harvest before it really matures.

Are you saying that you can harvest the pre flowers before the nugs? I also heard you can pinch the tops and cure and smoke em before the plant is completely ready. Not too sure but it would be nice.

Alright man for sure. I was just kinda hoping this would be the first thing in my life that works like that.
