First Time Grower Problem

I am growing 2 fem Chocolope from seeds. I'm growing in FF Ocean Forest Soil with Kind Soil on the bottom third of the pot. Using no nutes to KISS (hence the Kind Soil)

Watering using RO water and Cal/Mag added

Lighting with Advanced Platinum LED P300. Plants are about 26 inches from light.

I noticed these orange/rust color spots on one plant. 3-4 days later the second plant showed same signs.









These are 19 days from sprouting out of the dirt.

Update. Now this.

Going to try neem oil. Warm water. Dash of soap. Spray on the leaves and under. Is this a good strategy?

cold pressed neem oil is the best

organic good for bugs and molds too, and systemic, the plants can drink it up

next grow trash the kind soil and mix in 25% perlite to the FFOF

added perlite gives more air to the soil

you can reuse it with little amending

I used Kind Soil because it is my first grow and didn't wanna mess with nutes.

Can my plants come back from this? Or should I abandon these 19 day olds and start over?
