Asking for opinions on nutes is always trouble, as there are as many opinions as there are products to try.
What do you suggest i use for my plants? Looking for the best nutrients at a good price.
From the sound of it, you aren't looking to have to put too much time into your plants. You might want to consider using a new product called "Oneness" from Humboldt County's Own Nutrients. I haven't used it myself, but the point of Oneness is it allows you to use the same fertilizer from Veg through Bloom. The "Flora Nova" series from General Hydroponics are always a good choice too. They are dedicated formulas for the Veg phase, and the Bloom phase, but they contain the same amount of nutes of 4 or 5 different bottles. The pricing on both of those products is fair, especially since the bottles really contain more than just a basic base nutrient. Yea you will find base nutes for $10 - $15 a bottle, but then you have to buy all your additives and boosters, which adds up quickly.
As a first timer, the only thing I would suggest adding is some Silica, a Bulking Booster, and Carbs and/or Sugars for making your buds bigger during flower. There are a few different companies that offer bulking boosters, but I would suggest trying either the "Big Bud" powder from Advanced Nutrients, or "Kool Bloom" powder from General Hydroponics. Then for carbs/sugars I would suggest "Honey ES" from Humboldt Countys Own, it will make your crop taste great, and add some nice density.
But if you want to go full out and use the advanced feeding schedules, you can go with any of the marjor nute companies like Advanced Nutrients, General Hydroponics, Botanicare, and more. But the more advanced feeding schedules require much more work, and there is a greater margin for error. So those are my suggestions
It's not always WHAT you give your plant's, but WHEN you give it to them. My point being, you can grow buds just as big using any of the major nutrient companies products, you just have to customize the feeding schedules and recipes sometimes to yield the same results.
How would i flush my plants if i cant even pick them up because they are in 30 gallon bags?
Here are some HUGE secret weapons for flushing your crop.
1. Flush for 2 Weeks.
A 1 week flush minimum is required if you really want to get some good tasting buds. But if you really want a taste that leaves everyone asking for more, you should flush for 2 weeks. I don't care what anyone else says, just try it for yourself, pick half of your crop after 1 week of flush, and then the rest after the 2 weeks, and then go ahead and regret that you didn't wait for the full 2 weeks.
2. Use Carbs / Sugars
During flushing you can lose valuable bud weight from leeching the plants of nutrients for so long. The trick to keeping that weight is by using carbs and/or sugars during your flush. If growing a sweet tasting strain of Marijuana (like Bubba Kush) I would suggest using Sugars (in the form of Molasses). If growing a more sour tasting strain (like OG Kush) I would suggest using either Carbs & Sugars or just Carbs.
So how should you flush your plants? Well taking into account how you have your plants setup, it will take a bit of work, but not too bad.
First, just drench your plants with plain water for the next 1 or 2 waterings. This will help to get out all of the salts and leftover stuff in the growing media.
Then I would suggest mixing a 1 gallon container of water + carbs and/or sugars per plant. So since you have 6 plants, you will have to mix up 6 gallons of this mixture and water your plants with this for every watering after.
For Carb's you can use "Carbo Load" from Advanced Nutrients, or CarboMax from GroTek.
For Sugar's my favorite is "Honey ES" from Humboldt County's Own, but you can also use "Diamond Nectar" from General Hydropnics, or "Sweet" from Botanicare.
