First time grower...need some help

Hello all, I’m growing a single plant for the first time in my life as an experiment just to see if I’m capable of doing it or not. I found a seed in a bag and planted it hoping that it was female and from what I’ve read I think I got lucky and got a female seed. I water my plant once a week and every 2 weeks I spoon feed it with some fertilizer. The only fertilizer I have put on it so far was last Wednesday, I put a teaspoon of 13-2-13 and a teaspoon of 0-0-30. Next week I plan on introducing some phosphorus to the plant by putting a teaspoon of 11-52-0 along with a teaspoon of 0-0-30 and also a teaspoon of Humate. My plant hasnt been watered since last Wednesday so the soil is pretty dry and the only fertilizer that has been introduced to it was a teaspoon of both 13-2-13 and 0-0-30. My question is why are my leaves turning some what a lime green color? Is it possible it’s getting too much sun? Or could it be a nutirient or water deficiency? This is the first plant I’ve ever grown so any help from the more experienced growers is very much appreciated...my plant is only about a month or month and half old

so far it doesn't look so bad color wise, not to me. is this outside and somewhat shady area? what soil is it in? I do think you put a snarkload of nutrients on that little gal given the little pot it's in. is it slow release stuff?

Thanks for the reply Raggy! But it is outside in the full sun, no shade whatsoever from 8 am until 6pm....the soil it’s in is just some stuff I got from Walmart, it’s not Miracle-Gro and it doesn’t contain any sort of fertilizer...the stuff I have isn’t slow release it’s instant once I water it in, I work at a golf course and got one 50 pound bag of: 0-0-30, 11-52-0, Humate, 13-2-13 and some 2 gallon jugs of liquid Ca and MG...do you think I should lay off on the fert?

Whoa, bro.... But plant looks fine for all those hot shots. I'd try for more nitrogen in general, but I'd avoid adding anything else.

make sure your soil is well aerated. did you add any extra perlite too the soil or just use it straight out of the bag? i would also add some organic amendments to the soil. some worm castings ect.

im using a 400 watt bulb with a digital ballast (ballast takes both mh/hps). i run this this through a cool tube hood and get very nice results. the tent is small 2x3x5. temps stay around 75-80 when running at 100 percent power. the key is good ventilation

I had to read the intro again. I think you said you water every 2 weeks, that's actually cool in my book. I'm surprised about that under full sun. Sun is great if you can do it. I've never been able to but have seen it once and it's impressive. Indoors is nice but nothing's like outside. Anyhow, not sure how much you water but you said 1 teaspoon nutes and those pots look small so I can't see how it's a gallon. I guess usually the recipe is 1 teaspoon per gallon, at most, but your using 1 per much less so that's really strong. And like others said Nitrogen is more what you want in the beginning so you want a first number higher than the second and third. Adding perlite is great like suggested also. I may be overcautions, but I try not to use too much. Maybe 1/2 tsp per gal is fine and every other watering. Something like that. Not too much CaMg either. Should be fine. Good luck.
