First time grower need help

Cant figure out whats wrong. Using botanicare pure blend pro grow. Ppm was at 550 it started drooping and the leaves dont look to good. Shes looking pretty ugly. Especially under the grow light. Thought it was a deficiency so i brought it up to 800. Using a 1000 w led. Try and keep the ph around 5.8. Using fan only and no tent. Tent order got back ordered just waiting on it so i can flower her. Any advice would help.

What kind of container and is there adequate drainage? Is the medium staying wet a long time?
 
The white spots at the bottom started while young. Then moved up some. But the newer ones turned reddish brown looking. Now they keep trying to wilt. And a couple of the leaves are starting to shrivel. I thought it was spider mites at first but i dont see any. Now im just wondering if its a deficiency. My lights are 28 inches away also.

TO BE HONEST sorry caps not enough light and looks like it mat be over watered
 
What do you think flushing will do for you
?it's best to just back off on the notes and water only,not flushing.
 
Well if its locked then flushing the excess salts in it then starting over with the nutes. What do suspect it is?

Plants going to purge excess salts... If you logged your starting ppm, it should go up some. Just keep an eye on her. Mix up your 1/4 strength while your waiting, Let the pH settle.
