first time grower [need help]

im growing under a 23w cfl in a small space and everything was good until the leaves started getting brown edges and wilting any tips??
 
what kind of dirt are u using? How old are the plants? When did this happen? Is there good air circulation?

im using some potting soil i had laying around, its about 3 weeks old, it started like a couple of days ago, and theres no fan
 
when u ask a question like this without a pic you need to tell as much info as possible because it's impossible for ppl to accurately diagnose without all the information, watering, nutes, soil, lights, ect. ect. ect.
