First time grower need help please

This is my first grow ever, it's day 8 for these. One looks healthy and the other one well I have no fucking clue what's wrong with it. Any ideas suggestions? I was watering 3 times daily but read that might be too much? Please help me

Welcome to RIU.

Water once, then wait for the pot to pretty well dry out before next watering. Typically every three or so days at that size.

Then, just give it time. They're just babies yet. What lights are you using?

Sweet, I'm using two 13 watt blue spec, and two 23 watt red spec CFLs.
on a 18hrs on and 6 hours off

Depending on your end goal, you're gonna want more watts... minimum 100 watts/plant... if you have the extra funds consider HPS lighting... if you're grow is a secret, start looking into odor control, the smell happens sooner than you think.

Using cfls keep the lights close, 1-2" is good

Read, read, read... it's not really that difficult to do,
Oh and last but most important... BE PATIENT!!!!

Okay thank you, I was given bad advise by someone who thought they knew good facts about lighting. Thanks for everyone's help. I'm going to go get 2 100 watt cfls now

Well remember that 100 w Cfls run hotter then the ones you got now. I didn't read the top because I figured it was already answered. I would look into hps lighting for flowering...
