Hi everyone, so this is my first grow, auto flower under spider farmer led, plant magic soil and nutrs from same brand, its organic soil,
I'm at week 4, pre flower for a few days now and for a while my plants have shown yellow veins, and now just a slightly light green tip on leaves, you have to look properly to see them
Plants are growing fine, perhaps im overthinking it but would like some advice if possible, il include some pictures, thanks guys/ladies
P.s I did brake 2 main stems doing lst but they are doing well still 20201010_190529.jpg20201010_190514.jpg20201010_184207.jpg20201010_184155.jpg20201010_191419.jpg20201010_191405.jpg

The first thing is that the leaves are a dark green might be too much N and you said that you were in week 4 of flower I think you mean that you have switch to a 12/12 light cycle but they look good as always thank you for your time and the best of luck

Thanks for the reply, I am just reaching 28days from starting out, they started preflowering the last few days, sorry I should of put it better, I have just been getting worried about the yellow veins basically,
As for the nitrogen, do I simply just feed with water for a week till that comes back? Or should I carry on with my nutes as its in flower, i appreciate any advice, so far its been a mine field , but it has been really enjoyable learning, and testing things out for my self but as its starting to flower now, I dont want to trial and error so much at this point

These are autoflowers too, I thought it was pre flower stage there in now, heres photo
I was worried it was cal mag or one of them issue as the spider farmer Manuel mentioned we may use more of that with there led lights..20201011_194020.jpg

Thanks, I have done lot of research and made it this far with very little input from anyone, but now its at the stage where you dont have time to recover especially with the autoflowers, I decided to do autoflowers thinking they would be easier but I dont think they are, they have limited time and will go through the cycle weather you like it or not, but.i have seen a lot of stuff about people hitting the autoflowers with intense light and it causes them to veg for a week or 2 longer..
I appreciate your help bud, I too wondered about nitrogen excess, I did a few feeds of water and then went back to nutes on the last feed
I was watering 1litre per plant, every other day in 5gallon pots, but they were not lasting the distance, so I upped it to 1.5 litre each , got run off and it was at 6 ph, lowest was flickering 5.8 to 5.9 on 2 plants,
I would normally water tomorrow but I think they will last another day, which should give me time to get advice before I have to do it regardless as they wil be dry at that point

How long have you been giving them nutes? Soil is good for autos up until about week 4 or 5. They don't look bad. Slight burns but nothing to freak about.
I'd suggest not canceling but backing off a slight bit on the nutes.

My 5 gallon pots get 1 gallon of water per watering. It ensures run off. I do let them dry heavily between waterings.

And by the way welcome to Riu how does the soil handle the drying out time
Thank you, good to be around some good growers,
The soil gets real dry usually coming to the end of 2 days, so I upped it half a litre and its still nice, still slightly damp, I fed the soil yesterday, 3 of the pots feel light 3 of the pots could go another day I suspect

Hi and thanks for your help
I've been giving them nutes since week 2
They got a veg boost which changed the soil so it would allow microbes to work better getting to the nutrients,
Always used half of what the bottle suggested too
But I have given them a little cal mag at one point, some seaweed stuff as well and then just veg nutrient, I did back off for the last 2 feed before this latest one and only gave them water
When I was looking at soil , I did a bit of research in this one, seen forums of other people uso g plant magic soil, the soil says its good for 2 weeks and then nutrients are needed, some people used nutes from week 1, others from week 2, I went a few days in week 2,
I've fed it nutrients on every feed since apart from the 2 i mentioned before this last feed that was also nutrient based
So I should half the nutrient again do you think? Or should I switch to flower nutrient now? I have a feeding chart from the nutrient guys but I know not to use them as they say

I think the veg boost changed the soil so it went grainy and you get run off quite easy , 1.5litre and I got enough to do ph test and then used kitchen towels to dry the rest up, wasn't a great deal,
I've raised pots up by putting them on garden pot movers and then large saucers under those, seems to work OK just a bit tight as not a lot of room in 2x4.5 tent
