First time grow...yellow tips and white spots?

Ok so this is my first grow iv done alot of reaserch on it and have my buddy helping a lil but obviously im gonna run into problems

heres my setup
90w LED UFO, ueseing a DWC system with 2x air stones in the bottom

i have 5 clones growing at around 7" tall in a 18Gal bucket with a average ph of 5.5 to 6.5 (checked daily) i added 250ml of some hydro grow (sguested ammount as said on back of bottle) and am ueseing filtered tap water

the leafs look burned at the ends and most of them except one plant have a faint white blotchy look to them anyone have any clue to what i might be doing wrong?

Those white spots could be spiter mites! Make sure to check that! Also the clones could just be going through normal transformation which could explain the yellow tips..
 
the LED is the only light in the closet so couldn't take good pics but heres a cupple all the spots are a whitish gray color

ill get better pics in the morning with some light hahah
