First time grow.. start of budrot or dry leaf?

Hello this is my first time growing and they are out door, recently it has been rainy past few days and some branches are drooping due to weight, i notoiced one little spot on a nug which is brown nut sure if its bud rot or dry leaf, should i harvest early? Or harvest just that branch? Please help!

Take a closer look by flexing open the flower to see if the browning is to the core. Small outer specks I pluck out. When I get core damage, the nug gets cut out and discarded.
