First time Grow pics

i just started growing this about a month or a little more ago and it is growing kind of slow but thats b.c ive been swapping lights and stuff i think but right now i only have 2 cfl one 150w warm white and other cool white 100w i probly need more but thats all i can aford now i also have a fan blowing but not constintly. the plant isnt looking very healthy either the leaves are curling and seem dry? idk why..... also can u tell if it is male or female b4 flowering stage?

please help, comments suggestions anything

Loooks a little sad!try topping the plant put it in a window during the day if u can and yes u can tell but your gonna hav to look reel close.

looks overwatered. how often are you watering...you should wait until the top1-2 inches of soil are dry.

It does look a little over watered, and it looks stretched too. To the best of my knowledge, you are NOT able to tell the sex until you start flowering.
