First time Grow. Are my buds ready to cut? (See Pictures) Please Help.

they don't look ready to me...have you checked the trichromes?

Almost but not yet. 1-2 weeks left I would say.

The right way is to go to your local grow shop and purchase a cheap pocket microscope 60x - 100x magnifier! Less than $15. Once bought look at your bud close up specifically at the trichomes (little mushrooms that hold all the THC). When they are milky/cloudy white with a few amber you are ready to harvest. If they are still clear wait a week and check again.
