Ok so I'm starting my first Hydro grow and figured i would go with a DWC setup (dont try to change my mind)...heres what im working with....
4x4x6.5 grow tent How many plants?
Plan on getting a 400w or 600w hps for flowering (need help here)
I want to use a 600w dual spectrum if i do use a 600 because i saw a video on youtube of a guy with a 600 dual next to a 1000 cooltube and the dual out performed the 1000 in bud production even with lost lumens. (input please)
I have another tent that measures 3x3x5 that i use for veg. I have a 2 ft 4 bulb t5 and one 125w flo cfl. Is this good enough?
I plan on vegging plants in two 4 plant dwc until about 12-15" then flowering...good? any better ideas for veg?
Should i have more plants vegging than flowering? (plan on making mother room with 2 plants under 2bulb t5 so veg room would be for veg and clone only.
4" inline fan, tent is next to window a/c with fan blowing in cold air through bottom and inline sucking hot air out through top so temps are not an issue. I have all the nutes, meters and all that to get ready growing.
I ordered 5 big bud xxl seeds from ministry of cannabis and 5 lsd seeds from attitude (all female)

Some of the beginning questions i have are following...
Germinate in paper towel, rockwool and tray or rockwool in dwc?
How far into hydroton (dwc) should i put the rockwool once i have roots big enough?
Easiest way to change water?
What to do with plants when you change water?
I know this looks like i dont know much about dwc but i have done alot of homework and have soo many questions all the time that i figured i would make my own thread so i can get some more personal answers to the questions i have. Feel free to only answer one as i know i have asked alot here.
