first stage of growing. Proper Light vs. Dark

I just brought my 4-5 week old plants (3 plants) from outside since they are getting a little to noticeable. What is the proper amount of CFL light to darkness needed at this stage?

Get some timers first mate .. For Veg state you`ll have to go with 18/6 of lights and for flowering 12/12 (light/darkness) ..
For veg state you have to to get the Blue cfls (cool white) bulbs and for flower the red warm bulbs (mixed with the cool ones) ..
More Watts of cfls better it gets .. G.luck
