First Scrog (AUH#1)

I have a 2x4 tent with a single plant scrog of Arjan's Ultra Haze #1 in a 5 gallon bucket of FF Ocean Forest with approximately 400W of CFL's (8 T5's @ 24W each and 4 spirals @ 40W, 42W, 55W, 65W). I veg'd her for 8 weeks using only AN Voodoo Juice the last couple weeks. I flipped her to 12/12 a few days ago and hit her with 4ML (each) of AN Connoisseur part A & B mixed with 1 gallon of water...just enough to saturate the soil with a small amount of run-off. I plan to feed/water her every 3rd day the same way. I would like to add Vodoo Juice, Big Bug and Overdrive to the Connoisseur at different times throughout the long 14 week flowering period, but I am afraid to burn her up. Any advice on the feeding/watering schedule, light placement, or anything for that matter would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

Lookin good dude, that canopy going to filllll in. Mine kind of got out of control. I keep my lights within 3 inches of my tops if possible. In hot spots, you many need to bring it up, or add a fan. T5/CFL heat is easy to disperse.

If you add an oscillating fan you would be able to drop those T5's down even more and would double the yield. A true SCROG is done in unison with fans and screens to strengthen the stalk of plant. Just something I noticed. An old school tip/trick is "for every fan added an ounce is added to harvest". Looks sweet other than that. As far as watering I would recommending starving the plant and watering only when it starts to wilt. This also strengthens the stalk. :bigjoint:

10 days into 12/12 and this hood-rat is starting to stretch :razz:

Water her every 3rd or 4th day with 1.25 gallons tap water, 4ml Connoisseur A & B, 2ml Voodoo Juice, 2ml Bud Candy. Lowered the lights to about 3-4 inches from the tops, switched out a couple of the 6500k T5's out with some 3200K's (see pic), and a cfl. I put my fan in the bottom of the tent aimed almost vertical...fixing to add another. I have been tucking the fan leaves down under the bud sites, on some of the larger leafs, I have cut about 1/3 off a few tips to open up space. From underneath, I have snipped off several popcorn bud sites at the screen level that will never branch, so I should be done with pruning. I have about 2 ft of space above the light for this hooker to fill in...LGIO

30 days into flower, 60 days left...currently feeding her 2 part Connoisseur, Big Bud, Bud Candy. Switching out the BB for Overdrive in a few weeks. Added a second fan (oscillating) and it has made a difference. I counted 43 tops, all between 5-15 inches above the screen and covered with cotton ball sized nugs

Mine was a 4week veg,so it makes sense.I got about 4.5 ounces off this one.Stands to reason you may get over 8 ounces off that bad girl!I'll be watching along.GL!peace

She looks good...40 days in, bout 50 days left. Couple of the bigger cola's are starting to lean over, going tout need some branch support!

6 weeks into veg I topped her and lst'd the main stalk 90°...veg'd her another 3 weeks then put her into a 5 gallon bucket and attached her to the screen to scrog

Less than a month left till harvest...75% of the cola's are leaning, no branches in danger of snapping though so I lowered the t5's and moved spiral CFL's from from above the center of canopy, to the sides even with canopy for horizontal light. Also added the top of an old aerogarden I had laying around and for more horizontal light as well (3 X 24W)...total of 14 bulbs @ 432W.

I think you might have had a nutrient problem or maybe a lil bit over watering going on? Those buds look a lil leafy to me.
But who knows just ride it out and see how they turn out kinda too late to fix anything this far into the grow
