First run with quantum boards, slightly early harvest?

Hi,
I'm slightly past halfway of week 7, wondering if I should be cutting down a little early. I'm running 3 different indicas. Even amongst each individual strain I feel some look more advanced than others. With my Super Skunks, for example, 1 plant in particular has more yellowing leaves that are starting to fall off. I'm using light movers so light should be spread fairly even, but I'm wondering if I don't have the delay set quite right and some plants are getting more light and hence are farther along than others. I didn't get a good pic of that one, but I have some other pics below. Also a couple of the plants that are right in the middle with nice developed colas look like perhaps they're getting too much light. Pic 1 is an example of that. The buds are incredibly dense, for the most part. I've never seen buds so dense off HPS. Can't wait to weigh them... In general though, all my Trichs are turning milky and most have a good amount of red hairs. No amber trichs yet. Thoughts, opinions? I'd really appreciate some input. Thanks!!

I don't have a usb camera presently, unfortunately, or I'd put up pics of the trichomes. I was reading for Indica to cut down when they're all milky and not turning amber yet, whereas in the past I've always thought it was time when they're like 25-30% amber. I've also read that with these lights to expect knocking at least a week off normal times. Anyone experience this? Thanks again for any input!!

I'd be looking for way more orange pistils, with a good amount curled in

The first picture looks a little more mature but it’s hard to tell much without better bud pics. The rest of those pictures show plants that need 3-4+ weeks still. They aren’t showing any signs of maturity from what I see.

You shouldn’t be thinking about or looking at trichomes until AFTeR 90% of the white stigma have turned red and shrunk down, AND the bracts have swollen up.

Ignore all the harvest preference stuff you read until you really understand harvesting. Peak harvest is when ALL the trichomes are totally cloudy(actually cloudy not just looks like it because you are looking down from the top and it magnifies the stalk.). However it’s basically impossible to get the whole plant to turn all cloudy at the same time. So the only way to get the MOST cloudy is to wait for some amber. Look at various buds all over the plant when you decide too so you get an average of the whole plant, not just the most mature buds on top.

Thank you!

I ordered a USB scope so I can take some proper pics. I'll post some when I get it, prob tomorrow

I went through and did another rough survey. For the most part they have a lot of clear and just starting to cloud up (trichomes).
Thanks!

A couple of my plants appear to have maybe heat stress?
Its hard to see in the pic but this one and another have this golden, baked looking hue to them. Is this from too much light?

Here, in the foreground, is what I see as more normal, and in the background can be seen what I'm referring to, although the colors aren't as readily apparent in the pics as in person.

I figured out it was definitely heat stress on the ones I mentioned. Mystery solved I guess. On the other matter however(op), if anyone still looking at this, I will post more pics in a few days as I get closer and I'd appreciated some feedback again...
Thanks!

**New Pics: Are these ready to be pulled?

It seems like they're ready to me, but I would appreciate other input.
Thanks in advance!

Those trichome pictures tell me my original time frame was probably accurate. There are still lots of clear trichomes in those pictures and basically no amber. Im gonna guess harvest should be around the 18-20th. The 13th would be the 2 week mark when more picture would be helpful.

***Bud pics**
There is one plant that seems to be behind the rest, I'm not sure why. There are others of same strain that are farther along. Then there are plants that are frosting up and looking mature, but there is still new bud growth (with more white hairs) just on the tips of the buds. Does that continue to happen, although the plant may be otherwise ready to pull? Then there are some plants which do not have the new growth and seem to be just cooking under the lights. I had a problem with over-watering(I'm embarrassed to admit I must say.... rookie move. I have done many successful grows in the past, I'm just getting back into it, and previously, although I was doing all the growing someone else was making the call when to pull), and over-feeding as well. I'm just recovering from that where I had to remove a lot of damaged foliage which stalled things a bit, and I'm wondering if that is the reason that some of the plants seemed to have virtually stopped growing where others still have that new growth on top?

This last one, although blurry, is the one I mentioned that seems behind the rest. Aside from that the first few are more or less where everything else is. How are these looking, in terms of maturity?
Thanks very much for your input! It is really appreciated.

Hey Folks, I have some new pics, its the 13th, as has been suggested to check, thank you. I took these a few hours ago..... If anyone (knowledgeable) would like to give feedback, I'd appreciate it. Today is day 61, and these are all 8 week strains, afaik (Skywalker OG, Super Skunk, & MK Ultra, in coco coir and perlite, feeding House & Garden, RO water...btw...). I'm a little concerned about them going too far.
Thanks in advance!

What do you all think?

First you definitely won’t over do it, you really don’t need to be worried. Your plants are definitely looking more mature.

The trichomes still show plenty of clear in them so there is no worry about going to far, it’s really almost impossible to over ripen a plant unless you are trying.

Personally I’d still be looking at 7-10 days I think. Specifically that one plant that was farther behind. Watering normally with just plain water at this point won’t hurt them as they finish up.
