First round of tea

Hey guys. I'm looking for a quick and simple response.
I am currently growing 1 northern light plant indoors and 2 autos ( going outside) the northern is what I am needing to work on though.
I have been bubbling some regular tap water for about 48hrs now to dechlorinate it and am ready to build a tea. Could you guys help me build my first tea? I currently have molasses, Epsom salts, alfalfa cubes, blood meal, bone meal (dry and liquid). And that's about all. My compost pile is only about 2 weeks old and hasn't cooked very well.
Would I be able to make a decent tea with what I have?

What is your soil mix and how long has the NL been in it?

The nl is in a 4-4-2 mix of peat moss, sheep manure, and perilite. She has just shown her sex (veg still). I have lost track of her age do to too many things planted within weeks of one another. But I would have to guess about 6 weeks.
My only reason for this tea is to give my girl a good boost for flower a week before the switch and she has a light green to her leaves and I'd like to get her a good green before switch.

It looks like you are after a nutrient tea, which is different from a compost tea. If you have all of your nutrients in your soil, you should try for a compost or EWC tea instead.
