First outside balcony grow

Seem to be having some discoloration of the leaves don't have much money so I'm on a budget with the grow any help would be appreciated

Overall it looks like a pretty nice plant. Some good pictures with the sun on the other side would help. Can't tell for sure if it is from bugs or a possible deficiency from the pics.

Flush it , dont let the run off spray all over the neighbors balcony below, then start feeding again minus about 10% nutes.
