hey hows everyone doing? thought id throw some pics up of my first outdoor project. it was slow at first but its finally startin to pick up. i planted these two about a little over month ago give or take. i know that they should be bigger, but theyre finally taking off. the bigger one is alittle over a foot. the smaller one about 6-7in. looking at the smaller one, its quit agrivating. i jus dont know why its going so slow. i water them once every 3 days, using superthrive. the medium is an organic mix, with manure and top soil. i dont expect my plant to be amazing but i thought id show everyone how its going. i just topped the bigger one right after the pics were taken so we'll see how that goes. lemme know what you think. if anyone has any techniques that can help me out, by all means, share the wealth!;-)

i wish i could help you but the same thing is happening to mine ..its growing very slowly..but it might be cause your not using any nutrients besides that superthrive..maybe add a nitrogen rich nutrient..i duno though ive never used superthrive

You need to fully water the plants, the entire pot needs to be soaked, do you pH the water, do you use any nutrients? Superthrive is a supplement, not a fertilizer.

i've read a side-by-side showing that superthrive is good for transplant shock, but worthless as a supplemental fertilizer.

thats my problem, ive go no nutes yet...the nearest hydroponic store is an hour away and ive been very busy these past 2 weeks so im trying to find the time to go there..im going to use metanaturals organic nitrogen for veg (16-0-0) and for flowering im going to use metanaturals boom (1-5-5)..(im copying fdd)...and yeah i do fully water but dont ph my water but i get water out of my tap then leave it out for 24 hours then use it

Well, I can tell you why it has taken them so long to really show growth spurts, and it has nothing to do with nutes, and everything to do with light. Your soil level is quite a bit below where it would need to be for quick seedling/clone growth (thats also why they are stretching. I am sure though that you have healthy roots etc. The edges of the pots block a lot of light from getting to short plants. If you gave them a good feeding of nutes right now it would not hurt, if they are that old, and would help stimulate there growth (but it will still probably be stretched.
