First Indoor grow

This is my first indoor grow and i have a pretty small,cheap setup atm and I'm looking for any suggestions for a very low budget. I have been racking my mind on what to get any ideas? here are some pics of the operation as of now

doing a fluorescent tube grow myself at the moment. Today is the first day of flowering and these plants happy. Go with 2 or 3 T8 or T12 shoplights. 4 footers give off 2500-3200 lumens a piece and use either 32 or 40watts respectively. Really cheap, and stealthy, all you need is a fan and you've got a grow. I'll keep you posted on how well they work for flowering.

I have a fan going on the veg room which is 2 4 foot flouro in a shop light housing and underneath in the flowering area I have a 300w clear glass light bulb and a 27w cfl both under the same hood so far seems to be working good for my test plant female flowering but want to get 2 7000lumen a peice cfl's for flowerin or veg not sure yet let me know if you have any other suggestions i love new ideas

the clear light bulb is the 300w its puttin off most of my lumens for my flowering room as of the moment

I used to use t 12 bulbs 40watts they work I never flowered with them I started to went to jail got scared after i got out killed them. I wish i did not cause a month later I got a new system ok here gos one side has a reg 40w floressent bulb (regular) this light is for my mother plants.This works fine because you don't really need alot of growth in your mother plants unless your cloneing like crazey. I can hold up to 3 different kinds. Then I have for a jump start for my clones a 4ft 2 bulb full spectrum floresents 40 watts each (80 watts total) puts out about 5000 lumens total. these bulbs are $10 bucks each at home depot and make a huge difference (lumens is light energy the bulb puts out) wattage is one thing but you want low wattage lots of lumens because lumens are what makes it grow. ok now on the other side this is crazy i got a 8 bulb 4ft fixture that hold 8 t5 high out put bulbs each one puts out 5000 lumens each a total of 40000 lumens. that gets those suckers growing. On this side i put my 9 clones in bigger pots grow em about a foot tall trim them so there bushy and harvest. havent got this far yet but i think its a good system. tell me what you think also got baking soda vinigar drip as well as the yeast sugar water air tight chamber thing going ikeep it sealed and let em get all that co2. any questions or comments just let me know

I have begun training the 3 plants that were big enough last niht and for my fist time training as well i beleive its going gr8 should work out perfect for the space I have on my Veg shelf. Pics comin later of the trained plants
