First indoor grow question

So my setup is a secret jardin drt90
Upper veg chamber is currently equipped with a four light t5 setup. Seedlings are doing well.
Lower chamber i haven't decided on the setup.. Either going with a 400w ups setup or a 300w led setup from advanced led. No hydro stores in the city seem to carry led lights. One shop said that should tell me something...

Still I'm stubborn and think led should be comparable to hps if I get the right light spectrum and 3w output. If you were in my shoes. What would you recommend? Price isnt really a factor. Crazy electrical bills aren more of a concern been running a 400w halogen light in my carport so I'm sure I could easily swap that light out and replace it with something energy efficient and the bill wouldn't be affected too much. Any words of advise. Hps vs led 3x3 ft area. Budget forr lights 1000. Safety number one concern, then security, then cost

There are pro's and cons of both. HPS is cheaper...some say you get bigger yield(but some also say LED has a bigger yield). The con's of the hps are the heat it generates and it uses more electricity. The LED light uses much less electricity and barely generates any heat, has no ballast to mount, is less of a fire hazard if something should go wrong and has built in fans. The cons are they are much more expensive..but only in the short term. You say you have a $1000 budget for lights? Might I suggest this then for your tent http://htgsupply.com/Product-7-Band-432w-LED-Grow-Light.asp

I have replaced every light inside and outside in my house with LED. The most efficient I feel.
I tried LED but went back to HID

That looks okay, but I think the advancedled light with 11 spectrum is better. price sure is decent.

Boy, don't I wish it was 25%! It was more like 10-15%. Plus a all over stronger and healthier plant if you know what I mean.
Of course it could of been something I could of done but I don't think so.
Hope this helped.
