Hi fellow farmer..

I have successfully germinated my Delahaze strain from Paradise Seeds few days ago :D

I will only grow 1 plant because my space and resource is very limited.

I was trying to plant it outdoor but since the condition is not suitable I want to try with indoor grow method.

The outdoor environment condition:

-very hot (82F / 28C - 87.8F / 31C) equatorial country

- humidity 50%-80%

So I decide to plant it indoor.

Indoor condition:

Grow media : soil mix ( soil , perlite & coco coir)

grow space : (L x W x H) 1.5 foot x 1.5 foot x 4 foot. will this be sufficient? Is it okay to plant it without reflector on the side wall?

humidity : 25% - 50%

temperature : 75.5F / 24C - 82.5F / 28C (will be regulated by air condition & fan to circulate the air)

grow lamp : it says 160 Watt on the lable but when I use watt meter its input was 40 watt. Is it true that with LED lamp your putput can be more than your input??

(will 45W LED enough, if yes how high should it be from seedling, vegetative & flowering state??)

I want to give the best nutrient, light and environment she can get :)

I hope to learn from the masters about indoor setup in this great forum.
:D
I will update any progress that I made soon.

45w Will be enough for some veg growth. But u would want to get a stronger light. Plants love bright lights. Get a hps light. Something like a 400w u won't yeild much otherwise. Each to there own though. Got to start somewhere

Hi NoobieGreenz,is it enough if the plant will be 40 cm high, I am afraid it will not be strong enough. I can't, where I came from it is hard to get the fitting. HPS is for veg. phase right?

My set up. 400w hps. 16 hours on 8 hours off. And hps can be used for veg and flowering. I believe. Mine are still in veg under hps IMG_20200409_115923_4.jpg

What are you using as a container at this stage?

Yes, HPS can be used for veg as well as flower. However, when using the more blue/white MH for veg, the plants will stay nice and tight and not stretch so much. When HPS is used in veg, the plants won't stay as compact.

Wow that are a very healthy looking plant!
What strains are you growing?
I only have a room for 1 plant 1.5 foot x 1.5 foot x 4 foot. I am currently looking for a better LED light with 100W - 150W.

When did you start giving nutes to them?

This is the LED that I currently use. Though it says 160W, when I use watt meter for its input it shows 39W - 40W only
