first hydro this to dense

using 14 site turbo garden 2x3ft gh three part liquid karma hydroplex superthrive epsom my res is 25 gal but use about 18 gal ph of5.8 ppm of about 900 i have 10 plants going is this to much for the space

I'd say that is too many plants unless you intend to flower them right away and lollipop them or something. They will just crowd each other out otherwise. And its not just space on top, there won't be enough rootspace.
 
flowering right now 3rd day hoping for the best when i pull males as far as space goes there just bagseeds to test system thanx for info
 
would this set up work better at this density with clones as aposed to seeds its tight in there idea was short plants and lots of them but im more intrested in quality than quantity

Those are gonna get real tight ;) Why is your ppm only 900?
How long did you veg? Might as well take clones if you can now, since you are starting to flower..
 
vegged for 4 weeks my ppm is only 900 because i dont want to burn them up how much can they take ? i suspect i have three males in the bunch im just waiting for them to show .i hope to be able to spread the girls out a bit .i dont want to clone from this bunch because they are just bag seeds to test my schedule and the systems limits .i wasnt going to spend a wad on seeds i may kill

It will be good practice, plus you might regret not saving a certain strain, even if it is bag seed ;)

Dialing in your ppm will take time... it depends on how you grow (high pressure aero uses way less nutes versus hydro) Comparing 900 to my system and that is way low.. but my strains run at 2000 during bloom and 1500 veg, depending in size... but this is for high flow low pressure aero/nft.. I know my plants well enough now I can tell when they are underfed (stretching, light green) and overfed (dark green, nute burn).
 
im doing ebb and flow however next go round im going to do dwc .i started in soil to observe the growing habits and learned alot was able to harvest 3 plants but it took up way to much space and it was hard to know what was going on with the plants untill they showed the problem and even then it was slow to resolve the issue. wow 2000 ppm . im sure ill figure it all out with time .
