First Hydro grow

I have just ordered a small four plant hydro setup and I believe it comes with coco coir, I think. I ordered starter circular pucks and a pack of rockwool blocks. NO NUTES what are essentials for my first grow keep in mind I have no hydro experience PLEASE HELP the equipt is on its way

Oh yeah I am gonna use CFLs 2 85w blues and 2 55w reds

I guess ill use the fox farm trio for the hydro, but I don't know if I should use rockwool or coco im gonna do some research
but I'd appreciate some help
