first grow under 96 watt fluro fixture

Edit: for flowering im using a 250 hps

I started off with a few problems and posted in the plant problems forum and then posted in the indoor growing forum but seeing as im a member here and seeing as this is the appropriate forum in going to start a grow journal here.

I really want to hear all of your comments and suggestions but if you have nothing nice to say, please dont

My setup is inside a 20 gallon /106 litre tupperware box with the inside lined with white printer paper (im planning on getting some mylar when i have the funds)

I have a 96 watt 2 foot 4 lamp t5 fixture from sunlight supply using 2 3000K and 2 6500K bulbs each @ 2000 lumens

using ph 6.5 water thats been sitting for 3 days

using HG flora nova grow 1/2 strength

iv posted a few pictures of my two plant, each day has a pic of each plant

last pic is of growbox setup, forgot to put that up beforehand and as you can see there is a small fan blowing into my box to keep circulation and air moving across the plants (hear it makes em stronger)

they are looking good, i was a bit worried yesterday as the leaves jumped up quite a bit after watering but there good now...
what do you guys think??

the pots are 6 inches wide and 6 inched deep (however there is only about 4 inches of soil)
plants are about 2 inches high and 4 inches across the fan leaves
they are growing so fast, i can already see some undergrowth on two of the bottom sets of fan leaves

here are 2 pics from this morning, they are growing so fast now, and i can see lots of undergrowth starting
today is the beginning of their 14th day of veg (i don't think i mentioned their age in the beginning)
tell me what you think

*i was told i had some nute burn, im not to sure, all the new growth seems healthy and besides the bottom 2 leaves that got damaged before transplant nothing noticable seems to have apeared. my second plant has 2 brownish splotched on 2 if its leaves but that from me retardedly spilling nute water on them by mistake

i was also wondering if i should leave my light setup 1/2 3000K and 1/2 6500K or do all 6500K or 3/4 1/4

I have the same light except for the 8 bulb version. I use all 6500K and keep my light a few inches from the plants. I have a small 4" Can Fan that I use for exhaust and a small oscillating fan inside to blow on the plants and strengthen stems.

here are pics just before lights out
they seem a bit wilted, not sure why...maybe not enough water (soil is dry about 2 inches down but ill wait till tomorrow since i water every 3 days and its the start of the 3rd day when lights go out
should i water with just ph'd water this time seeing as last 2 waterings where both 1/2 strength nutes
i added a 26w 6500K cfl to my setup and i have another 2 on standby but i think i have enough light for now, but where can i get some cheap lamp fixtures for my cfls?? (im in canada)

They don't look wilting to me. They look fine, maybe a little bit light green. Are you giving them enough N

im not sure about the nitrogen, im using flora nova grow NPK 7-4-10 at half strength
for the first 5 days (3 veg days) my plants where in rockwool cubes and i didnt have any nutes so they where barley alive, i planted them into some old garden soil with a bunch of small hydroton pellets hoping the soil had some nutrients that would keep em alive till i got nutes, since i got nutes i had 2 waterings both of which had 1/2 strgth nutes.
is that ok?
and for more nitrogen some where saying use coffee grounds, my question is fresh cofee grounds or after its been used to make coffee and how much should i mix into the soil?

looks good, i got a 3 day old growin right now with foxfarm soil and iguana juice nutes. only a crap fluorescent fixture barely puttin out 2000 lumens until i get a 4 bulb t-5. hopefully it's a girl but if not i can always get a clone from the local caregivers...

LOL! I am growing from seed for the first time instead of clones. Before the showed sex I kept slipping up also and calling them ladies too

Your plants are looking good, I use CFL too. When do you plan on changing on your pots?
