First grow training/scrog questions

I have a few autos going, about 18 days from popping out of soil. Been looking at lot of different ideas on scrog and topping. Kinda curious what works best or easiest for first time grower. Have been considering a 4x4 scrog net from Amazon that attaches to tent poles. Just unsure. Or would I bet better off just tying the plant back to make it bush out

Scrog nets are a lot safer than tying much less chance of a branch breaking,I tie down cuz I'm outdoors but I'd love to use a net.

With few plants it will be easier to work in the tent if you just tie them. With SCROG net it will be impossible to move plants around and pain in the back to harvest them not simultaneously.

each to their own with netting but i prefer a rigid scrog screen like metal mesh
