First Grow... Ready To Harvest?

Sorry for the newbie post but I think these babies are ready to go. Grew 2 Blue Cheese, I am going for a fair amount of amber trichomes, personal preference. Took photos today and the sugar leaves have a fair amount of amber on them, the flowers have less but they are still noticeable. Pretty sure I am looking at the right things, of course dont wanna chop too early but just as important dont wanna to wait too long either (like, who does?).

I appreciate any opinions on this, thanks in advance!

People are going to want a full plant shot, then will probably say 2 weeks minimum, there do seem to be some fresh white pistols showing so you could gain some more weight with the extra time. Don't look at the sugar leaves, only the tricomes on the calyx. Post a full plant pic.

I'll get some full plant shots later and post... thanks for comments so far. Leaves are starting the yellowing in places and lowers falling off... just trying to avoid waiting too long. Plant pics on the way.

Like others have said, we need to see entire buds at the very least. also, the fact that you included a closeup of a sugar leaf is a red flag to me. for the purposes of determining ripeness you should pretend that sugar leaves don't exist. the trichomes on those leaves often transition to cloudy and then amber well before the ones on the flower and will often lead to early harvest.

Yes you can chop to late, if your looking in a spot in particular, and the majority of the plant goes past your preferred harvest window. Its up to the grower, but when you think its done like i always say go another week, and you will be amazed. Focus on those calyx trichs, and judge the entire plant as a whole. Enjoy that plant though!!!:D

I’ve run plants all the way til they stopped drinking and harvest was fine . Sure some strains give up the ghost fairly quickly but after some experience many growers won’t even scope .

Here are some additional pics of buds and plants. I appreciate all of the comments and advise so far. Its great to have a community to ask questions so that things don't get totally screwed up.
