hi, I was wondering if I can use 400 watt hps light for the vegetative and flowering cycle? Im growing in soil, 6 plants. thanks

Also how do I add the water to the soil, do I js pour it in? Or spray it?

as long as the hps has the blue specturm you CAN grow fine. But I suggest buying MH conversion bulbs that let u plug a MH bulb into a HPS slot. That is for veg state btw, hps is perfect for flowering.

Yup. A lot of people prefer metal halide for veg and high pressure sodium for flower but you can use either for both veg and flower

If you're looking for MH conversion bulbs I have 2. I'd sell you one or both of them. I've switched to T5 for my vegetative needs
