First grow, problems starting shortly after switching to flowering?! HELP!!

This is my first grow and I'm starting to get a bit worried about the condition of the plant.

Set up:

-3 gallon bucket, blacked out
-bubbleponic setup
-3, 4" air stones (adequate pump)
-ph is good
-feeding with General Hydro: Flora Gro, added once a day, usually in the morning, around 2-3tsp/gallon
-CFL lighting: 8-26w 2700K, 4-26w 6500k
-lighting was switched to 12/12hr 4 days ago
-temps are possibly a few degrees on high side, but not overly hot

Problem:

Leaves and some branches are drooping, some fairly significantly. There is some that are folding length wise, but most are curling side-to-side, almost rolling up, length-wise. Throughout the vegetative phase, there were no problems at all. Great growth rate, etc. The drooping started after the second full day of 12/12 cycles.

There is also very light yellowing on the outer edge of some of the top fan leaves. Rest of the plant has great coloring.

Hypothesis:

I am thinking that it could be either:

-lights not close enough
-over feeding or possibly over feeding with wrong nutes (i havent had time to get to the store to get Flora Bloom yet)

Solution:

-Thinking of backing off on vegetative nutes until I can pick up the flowering nutes?
-?

Help!!
