First grow problem

hey! this is my first grow. My plants are curling down and going from light green to yellow.
Need some help!

Too much water? We could guess all day here. How about some more info on them/it. What kind of light? What are you feeding it? Feeding schedule? Soil? Ect...

What kind of lighting. if CFLs move them a little closer
