First Grow PICTURES... not sure its ok looks a lil deformed

My first grow bigger one at 3 weeks and smaller one at about 1 week wut do u guys think? i have them growing in a mix that i put together... and started nutes from the begging called MG Quick grow to help seedlings for strong root growth and strees reducer for about a week each... Now im using a 7-7-7 nute added to water and feed every other watering... if you have any suggestions plz let me kno Thanx

You should probably transplant into a bigger pot, especially the bigger one.

thanx bro will do is a 3 gallon pot sufficient for its whole life?

Its depends on how big you want it. I read somewhere you want like 1 gal for every foot of height

id like to stay at least 3-4ft no bigger... im growin under 2 100w CFLs is that good for 3 plants?

the 2 100w lights should be fine for veg but when they get taller and you start flowering you will want some smaller cfls for side light
