first grow! (pic)

This is my first stealth grow, van harte (left) white widow (right) both are about 2 1/2 inches tall, they are 1 week and 2 days old, how am i doing? any tips?

FYI: the plant on the left does not have yellow on it, its just the sun coming from the window

two 50watt cfl for now

80-100 watts per plant is best
