First grow, Northern Lights

I have decided to start over entirely, this is my first grow and I want everything to work properly as to minimize the mistakes I will more than likely make. This time I germinated only 3 NL seeds and 1 Nirvana white castle seed I still have left. The 3 NL seeds sprouted, I am about to put these 3 in my propagator pro, it looks like the white castle seed has started to sprout I am going to leave it in the wet papertowl and container a few more days maybe it will sprout completely.

I am starting over since I bought a new air cooled hood and inline fan so I am in the process of getting the heat levels where I want them and will be putting them under my MH light in 3-5 days

alright so I got an air cooled hood and an inline fan, got everything set up including the ducting, I also bought a humidifier as it was ~30% in my grow space, now it is ~65% so in the next few days I am also going to get a dehumidifier. The fan is also super loud, I am probably going to get this speed controller soon, what are some other tips to reduce the noise?

I placed my 4 babies in my propagator pro the other day, here they are I think I am going to let them grow close to the top before transferring them to clear solo cups and putting them under my light, which reminds me I also decided I am going to use HPS for this entire grow

A good friend I went to college with has a complete 600w setup and he is going to ship it to me for free I only need to pay the shipping costs, so when I start flowering them I will use the 600w, and possibly the 400 as well

Wrap your shit in cheap sleeping bags brah, fan, ducting all of it. I can barely hear my vortex collection running 24/7. -S0uP

I just transplanted my plants from the propagator pro to clear plastic solo cups and have them 1.5' under my HPS light. I am going to keep the light on 24 hours until they get to ~16" in height (as they will double maybe triple in size during flowering and my grow space is 6' in height). Right now the humidity is at 45% and the temperature is at 84 degrees which I am trying to get down to under 80.

The 3 in the front are the northern lights and the one in the back is the white rhino. Also after transplanting the first plant was drooping so I put a lot more water in the cup.

Big ups to Nirvana, so far every NL seed sprouted and the one white rhino I have also sprouted :), and they are growing really fast I had to take them out of the prop pro as they grew so high they couldn't grow any taller. They stretched a little to get towards the light, so when I put them in cups I buried them in soil so only 1-2" of stem was above the soil.

EDIT: By the way, the NL are regular seeds and the white rhino is feminized

Sweet as mate, looking good :) my only suggestion is to lower your light, they are stretching under the hps. 400w lights can go down to about 1ft above the canopy.

Put those seedlings under some 23 watt 6500K CFLs. One light per seedling. About 2 inches from the top.

Check out my grow journal for the seedling cab I made. It's my first grow too, and I've had pretty good results. I'm two weeks in right now.
