first grow, need comment

hey, anyone this is my first grow and running into problem, with leaf drooping, and nute burn, help please.
this is a cfl grow throughout.

hey there thanks for dropping by. she about 2 week in flowering and i use GH Floro series micro, grow, bloom and superthrive
