First grow( need advice)

growing trainwreck its 35 days now and one foot tall is this a good height? i was wondering when i should switch to flowering i am hopeing to get a ounce of this plant. i also have a sweet n sour deisel plant growing that is one week. i am using a 2foot two bulb flouro 4200k 34w . i am going to start using miricle grow all purpose soon i have been using this root stimulator i belive its 14-4-10. using green thumb profesional potting mix. some feedback and advice would be nice bcz this is my first serious attempt at growing. here are some pics at 3 weeks i dont have any recent pic but will soon. going to buy some 40watt 5000k light bulbs soon as well

plants will triple during flowering so keep that in mind. You will need much more lighting to flower your plants if you want an oz a plant.
