Seeds of of course Lights in fan out fan soil or hydro setup grow bags/stone ect. Nutes good water and a little tlc tent or space of some sort 2 if you want a seprate veg and flower that and something for smell ona gel or carbon filter that's about as basic as it gets

You need to provide more info if you want good answers.
1. How big a space. (I know indoors because your name, lol) Describe the space you have in mind (including length, width, and height)
2. Warm or Cold or what for climate, grow in just winter or summer indoors too?
3. Do you want the best of the best, cheapest that can do a pretty good job, or in the middle? $$$ budget basically
4. Rent or Own the space? AKA, can you cut holes/build a space for it?
If you really want to you could run a grow on nothing (except seeds) but stuff from walmart. Now, you would be stabbing yourself in the back if you only used Walmart stuff. Horrible lights, crappy soil, no decent fertilizer options, ...

Ok I rent the place I live in Florida so it's hot but I want a inside grow and I was going to do it in a laundry room but I have no idea if my maintenance man to pop up and head in there so is there anything secret I can use like a box I can buy I need links and seed banks

I'm imagining a community laundry room in an apartment building? If a person can come in without giving you at least a few days warning, then that spot is totally disqualified as a grow spot.
You need privacy to keep you out of jail and to be able to properly care for them.
Also, handling smell so someone can't smell it 5ft away is difficult.

I use to rent in FL in a complex and maintenance people come in all the time mostly without notice to change air filters or to do random check ups.
I rent a house now with a lax company that deals with the payments.
Closet would be your best bet.

Grow Tent- forget fabricating makeshift grow space that plant will outgrow anyway.
Inline fan and carbon filter- circulation and odor control covered. Plants stink, no need to smell it, or worse yet, others to know whats going on!
Light- more light more bud. Spend your longest green here. Dont waste time with cfl, go LED or HPS/MH.
Soil- buy some Fox Farm Ocean Forest or Happy Frog, why? Because soil is more forgiving for newbies and newbies usually cheap out and make bad soil choices like miracle grow or crap soil.
Perlite- to stretch out your soil and make it airy and better draining.
Seeds- you want good genetics spending this kinda green, no bagseed.

pH pen, PPM pen, Base nutes, forget supplements, KISS, and listen to the good men and woman of RIU.
Lighting. I pull over 200gr dry from a 400 per plant. Im looking at over a lbs with my 1k. So.. think down the road.
Good luck. And go slow. People are always willing to help, but the one thing you can do as a pro active grower is to read and learn as much as possible.
Inexpensive = mediocre results
The right stuff (air cooled, 600+ watts, etc) = lbs.... You can literally yield a gram to a lbs. So think of that when considering CFL vs hid. And the smell is PUNGENT. F*** anything anyone says. They STINK. Get an inline fan and scrubber of a good mark or get caught.

torrent some jorge cervantes videos. HOURS of watching. Also think if you want hydro or soil. I hate soil. I tried it once. Went DWC. Now Im all hydro. Much easier. And much much faster.
That being said theirs soil guys who make my hydro stuff look like grass from the soccer field. So, its all about the growers ability.
