First grow in AeroGarden

After viewing this site for a while I decided to jump in with my first grow in an Aero Garden. I am in the 4th week and have already learned much including the limitations of the AeroGarden. Here are some pics of my set-up. I started with 7 plants and have settled on the best 3. Sadly, my best plant has developed issues as you can see from the pics.
My PH is at 5.3 and the room temp is 82F. my nutes are Flora Nova Grow 7-4-10 (1 tsp/gal).
I am ready to start flowering as this grow is in an unheated out building in Ohio and cool weather is coming soon.
I would appreciate any comments or suggestions.
Any thoughts on my "hurting" plant ? I would suspect nute burn or ph, but why only one plant? I did spray with insecticide once to get rid of gnats. Do you think i may have blasted this one plant?

I love this site and all of the experts out there. i would love to here your thoughts.

I guess it is possible you did something to one plant and not the other. But it seems more likely the problem is systemic and one is more resistant than the other. I'd post your pics in the problem plants section, you'll no doubt get opinions all over the board. When did you start nutes and have you ramped them up according to schedule? Are you changing the res weekly? Do you know what the high temp in there has been? Often but not always, leaves curling up means more nutes are needed.

Thanks for the input and I will post pics out on the problem plants section. I started nutes (Aerogarden 1 small tab) with the seeds. After week 2 I switched to the Flora Nova grow (seedling dose). Week 3 I ramped up the dose as recomended by Flora nova. I do change the res weekly. however, i am thinking of just siphoning out the water this week instead of dumping (I think I may damage the roots by pulling the AG apart at each change). I am unsure of the high temp in grow area. I have never seen it above 85F on the hottest days and I do run an exhaust fan to cool the shed and circulate air.

You have to siphon the water out, but I don't think that's your problem. I would suspect they have gotten too hot. If you can keep that from happening again, and the weather here in Ohio cooperates, I think they will pull through.

I think your right about the Ohio weather cooperating on the overheating issue. Actually, I am beginnig to think about putting in a heat source for the cooler nights.

I had another thought. Do you think my lights were too close? I noticed that when i raised the CFLs on the sides up, some of the plants started to gain height. Is it logical that lights too close would prohibit the plant from stretching or growing in height?

what do i put the aereogarden settings on to start i done it the first time and my plant was a light yellow colour i think i might have done something wrong can anyone help me asap.
