I would pull her out.. put some more soil in there and get her to the top of the cup... its probably blocking alot of the light.. maybe its just the picture but she looks halfway down the cup!

What light are you using cuz I got shitty flouros and mine are easily 3 times bigger and only 3 weeks old. She needs more light, Wut soil are you using
