first grow, how am I doing?

Four week old plant growing in a bubble bucket with 2 40 watt cfls going 24 hours a day...on its second round of jacks all purpose nutes. Using half the recomended dose upping it a little more every 10 days with the water change. Am I doing a good job? Suggestions please!

Show some pictures. They are good rituals as far as caring for it but the plant is what we wanna see cause it will show if you're doing a good job or not.

You're talking to me right? If you are, then you should know...my camera sucks and I can't never get an accurate focus unless far away. It shows focused but not in the picture.
