First grow help with seeds please

Hi, i just received some of the seeds i ordered ( durga mata, opium, power plant and 8ball kush) and i would like some advice from experienced growers on how to start from seed. I got a rapid rooter mat to start then i will grow aeroponic but i only hav 4x 300w led illuminator pro series lights to grow my question is will it be too powerfull for the young plants? any advice for seeds will be appreciated thank you

take your seeds scrape the shell up with like a file from inside a pair of nail clippers a little bit and and get a damp, warm paper towel and fold the seeds inside of them. put the paper towel with seeds inside folded up into a baggy and put something like a shirt over them and put them in a drawer or something , make sure its around like 75 degrees. wait 2 days and plant.

I put my seeds inbetween a wet paper towel and on a saucer. I cover them with a small cereal bowl and place ontop of my cable box. Warm, dark and wet. normally 24 hrs later I have germination

What the fuck? File on the seeds?

Take the seeds, put them between a few layers of wet paper towels and leave them in a warm spot like on top of your refridgerator. Watch them to see when they crack and as soon as you see a tiny root coming out plant it 1/4"deep in soil that doesn't have a ton of nutes.

I think you will have to wait until the plant is big enough to take clones in order to use the aeroponics, that doesn't work from seed and I doubt you can just yank a baby out of a rapid rooter and then expect it to live in the aero setup.

Let me say it again. Grow the plant in dirt, then look up how to take clones when it's big enough and stick the clone cuttings in the aero system with a humidity dome over them.

Keeping them warm (75f or so) is important when sprouting seeds or taking cuttings.

Lastly you should send back the LED's because they suck ass. You will ___never____ flower good plants with them. They are barely enough to veg with.

I know you are going to say but they say... Or but I've read...Or the sales guy told me... Bullshit, they are crap!

i received 5 more ( ice cream nebula wappa big bud and top 44 )
i soaked towell with warm water and put 5 seed in each zip lock bags
i let them on the washin machine in the bathroom covered with a cloth with the heat on max door closed with lights off
is it the way to do?? it can get pretty hot in there with door close should i lower the heat??
thanks oregon for advice with seeds and i didnt buy leds cauz i heard this and that i did cauz they use low energy.
i will start a journal soon any more advice is welcome
