First grow growbox, help greatly needed

so whats up guys, after a long time being a smoker i decide to start a growbox just for fun i know its not too big or anything but oh well, im currently using the 2 power strips you can see which are labeled as 125v and 1875w max, im using 4 cfls which are 23 real watts to a total of 92 watts, i plan on doubling this to be around 184 watts to be used on two main plants and a couple of habaneros basil and some other goodies in between them which im also fond of. so my question is how will this do? im currently using 2 cool lights and 2 warm lights to the total of 4 planning to double, will this be good? also im no big electrician , but will i need to change the power strips? i know the total wattage is high but theyre only 125v while every lightbulb is 120v, does that mean one lightbulb by every power strip? or the votage means max per item plugged in. im also planning on adding a couple cpu fans since my max temp is 30c right now and planning on adding more(only using a fan to push air right now and some air holes).

ps planning on doing lots of small grows inside this box or maybe just a couple im thinking red party cup plants to keep them small, since im also wanting to grow some other things

i asked the guy at home depot for help and he sold me the power strips saying i could conect a couple of light to them because the wattage on them was high enough, but now that i think about it i think he might have set a fore on my house, the power strip says maximum 125v and each light is 120v volts so that means just one light per strip or is there something im missing lol

i've done a few cfl grows, I plug in 6-10 23w cfl's to one 3 dollar power strip and don't have any fires =D

do you whats the voltage on those cfls or the power strips? also do you mean real wattage or equivalent
