i was pretty amazed how quick it went from seed to a sprout in less than a day.
i put a bowl with lid inside a shoe box (i put 4 seeds in wet towel paper just enough water so if you squeeze the paper you'll still get some little water)
i left the lid slightly cracked so allow extra heat to escape. then i threw a towel inside the shoe box and covered the bowl with towel (so it keeps heat inside).
closed the shoe box and placed it on my subwoofer (it stays on all the time) temp is about 80.
30 hours later i had 1inch roots on the seeds.. and the shell was almost off already. i took the sprouts and sandwiched them between some rockwool with just the two leaves exposed.
